Mark Herzog – President, Herzog Advisory Group LLC
Mr. Herzog recently retired from his role as Holy Family Memorial’s President & CEO were he served from 2001 to 2018. HFM is an integrated healthcare delivery system uniting a 90 provider group practice with a community hospital recognized for its innovation and value-driven care model. It regularly tops a wide range of national listings including AHA Most Wired, Top Heart Attack Receiving Hospitals, Becker’s 150 Best Places to Work and Top 100 Community Hospitals, is a Medicare Five Star hospital as well as winner of the 2014 Insight Innovation Award.
Mark is regularly featured in media including Health Leaders, Becker’s and Hospitals and Health Networks. He presents regularly at venues such as the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Hospital Association, Becker’s and many other organizations. Mark serves as faculty for several popular ACHE educational programs and he is active with the University of Michigan Health Management and Policy program as a lecturer and mentor. His board roles have included the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board 5, Wisconsin Hospital Association, the University of Michigan HMP Alumni Association and Progress Lakeshore, an economic development corporation. Becker’s named him one of “50 Rural CEOs To Know” in 2016 and “Top 188 CEO’s” in the nation in 2017.
